Bonus Terms and Conditions

These general rules apply to every bonus, alongside the offer-specific terms shown when you activate a promotion. Current offers are listed on the Top offers page.

1. Activation and stacking

• Only one bonus can be active at a time. A new bonus cannot be activated until the current one is completed, lost or cancelled.
• Bonuses must be claimed at the time of deposit; they cannot be applied retroactively.
• Cancelling an active bonus removes the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.

2. Wagering requirements

• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Free-spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement shown in the offer.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expiry date, or the remaining bonus and its winnings are removed.

3. Game contributions

• Pokies: contribute 100% of each bet towards wagering.
• Table games and video poker: contribute 5%.
• Live casino: contributes 5% unless an offer states otherwise.
• Some individual games are excluded from bonus play; the game lobby marks them when a bonus is active.

4. Bet and win limits

• The maximum bet while wagering is A$7.50 (or currency equivalent) per spin or hand.
• Welcome-package winnings are capped at the win limit shown in the offer details (typically A$3,000); amounts above the cap are removed at conversion.
• Jackpot wins from bonus funds are honoured only where the offer terms say so.

5. Expiry

• Unused bonuses expire 7 days after activation unless the offer states a different period.
• Free spins expire 24 hours after crediting if not used.

6. Bonus abuse

Multiple accounts, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering (for example equal opposite bets), delaying game rounds to complete wagering, and claiming offers through several household members are all treated as bonus abuse. The operator may remove bonuses and winnings and restrict accounts involved.
