Payment Policy
Everything about moving money in and out: methods, limits, timeframes and the rules that keep payments safe. For a step-by-step walkthrough, see how to deposit.
1. Available methods
- Bank: PayID / bank transfer.
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard.
- Vouchers: Neosurf, Flexepin, CashtoCode.
- E-wallets: MiFinity and others shown in the cashier.
- Crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Solana and other coins listed in the cashier.
Method availability can vary by region; the cashier always shows the live list for your account.
2. Limits
- Minimum deposit: A$30 for most methods (vouchers can carry their own printed minimums).
- Minimum withdrawal: A$30. Maximum withdrawal limits per day, week and month are shown in the cashier and rise with VIP level.
- Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from withdrawal maximums.
3. Processing times
- Deposits: instant for cards, vouchers and most PayID transfers; crypto after network confirmation.
- Withdrawals: requests are reviewed within 0 to 24 hours; verified players are typically paid within 60 minutes of approval for e-wallets and crypto. Card and bank payouts can take 1 to 3 business days to land.
4. Fees and currency
- The casino does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; your bank, wallet provider or the crypto network may.
- Accounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Crypto deposits are converted at the rate shown in the cashier at the moment of the transaction.
5. The name-match rule
Every payment method must be registered in the account holder's own name. Payments from third parties are rejected and may be returned minus any processor fees. Withdrawals go back to the deposit method wherever technically possible.
6. Declined payments
If a deposit is declined, check the card's online-payment and gambling permissions with your bank, or use PayID, a voucher or crypto instead. Repeated failed attempts may temporarily lock the cashier for security.
7. Verification
Withdrawals require completed identity verification. The requirements and timeframes are described in the KYC Procedure.
