How to verify your account

Verification (KYC) is a one-time check that protects your account and unlocks withdrawals. It usually takes a few minutes to submit and is reviewed within 24 to 72 hours. To verify your account:

  • Go to your Profile
  • Open the Verification tab
  • Verify your identity and your payment methods

How to verify your identity

  1. Press Upload documents
  2. Select the country where you live
  3. Agree to the processing of your personal data and press Continue
  4. Select the country that issued your document
  5. Choose the document type: ID card, passport, residence permit or driver's licence
  6. Upload a photo of the document
  7. Check that all your personal info is visible and the photo isn't blurry
  8. Take a live selfie when prompted: look straight at the camera, then slowly turn your head so the system can map your face
  9. Review everything and press Next to send your documents for review

You'll see a message that your documents have been sent for verification, and you'll be notified by email once the review is complete.

Note: the attached document must be valid for at least one month. If the document has two sides, attach both. The system won't accept expired documents, cropped photos, screenshots of photos, or images with glare across the data fields.

How to verify your payment method

  1. Press Verify near the Payment section
  2. Upload photos of both sides of your bank card
  • Upload documents in JPEG, PNG or PDF format, under 10 MB
  • All four corners of the card must be in frame, with no glare or smudges
  • E-wallet and crypto verification works the same way: a screenshot of your wallet profile showing your name or wallet address

Once the system verifies your data, you'll be notified by email. You can check the status any time in the Verification tab.

Note: you'll get access to payment verification only after uploading your identity documents. When photographing your card: the cardholder's name, the first six and last four digits, and the expiry date must be visible. Hide your 3-digit CVV code on the back of the card with your finger or a piece of paper. Don't use design tools to hide the numbers.

Why verification matters

  • Withdrawals: payouts unlock only after a completed KYC check, so verifying early means your first win pays out without delay
  • Security: nobody else can claim your balance or open a duplicate account in your name
  • Limits: verified players get the full deposit and withdrawal limits, plus VIP-level raises

How long does verification take?

Submitting takes around five minutes. Review typically completes within 24 to 72 hours; you'll get an email either way.

Which documents are accepted for identity?

A passport, national ID card, residence permit or driver's licence, valid for at least one more month, photographed in full with no glare.

Do I need to verify before depositing?

No, deposits work right away. Verification is required before your first withdrawal, so it's smart to complete it early.

If the system didn't verify my identity, what do I do?

Check the rejection reason in the Verification tab, fix the issue (usually glare, cropping or an expired document) and re-upload. If you're stuck, contact support via live chat or email.
