How to deposit at Win Spirit

Every deposit starts the same way: log in, press the Deposit button, pick a method and an amount. Below is what happens next for each method, plus the mistakes that most often hold a deposit up.

Bank methods

PayID / Bank transfer

  1. Choose PayID in the cashier and enter your deposit amount (min A$30)
  2. The cashier shows a unique PayID address and a reference message
  3. Open your banking app, choose Pay someone → PayID, and paste the address
  4. Send the exact amount with the reference message unchanged

Important: the transfer must come from a bank account in your own name, the amount paid must match the deposit amount, and the reference field must be copied exactly, with no extra spaces or characters.
