KYC Procedure
KYC ("Know Your Customer") is the identity-verification process every licensed casino must run. It protects players from fraud and account theft, and it is the gate between your winnings and your first withdrawal.
When KYC is required
- Before your first withdrawal in all cases.
- When cumulative deposits or withdrawals pass regulatory thresholds.
- When the security team detects unusual account activity, a payment-method mismatch or a possible duplicate account.
- Randomly, as part of routine licence compliance checks.
Documents we accept
- Identity: passport, national ID card, driver's licence or residence permit, valid for at least one more month.
- Address: a utility bill, bank statement or government letter issued within the last 90 days showing your name and address.
- Payment method: a photo of your bank card (CVV hidden, middle digits may be masked), or a screenshot of your e-wallet or crypto-wallet profile.
- Source of funds (only when requested): payslip, tax statement or bank statement.
The practical walkthrough with screenshots lives on the account verification guide.
Review timeframes
- Automated document checks usually complete within minutes.
- Manual review, where needed, completes within 24 to 72 hours.
- You are notified by email at each stage, and the live status is always visible in your profile's Verification tab.
How your data is handled
Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections, stored in access-controlled systems and processed only for compliance purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy. They are never sold or used for marketing.
Common rejection reasons
- Expired documents, cropped corners or glare across the data fields.
- Screenshots or photocopies of photos instead of an original photo.
- Name on the payment method not matching the account holder.
If a document is rejected, the reason appears in your Verification tab; fix the issue and re-upload, or contact support via live chat for help.
