Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Win Spirit website and services. By registering an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them in full.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher.
  • You must not register or play from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to check the laws that apply to you.
  • Employees of the operator and their immediate family members may not open player accounts.

2. Your account

  • One account per person, household, device and IP address. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances voided.
  • Registration details must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Accounts opened with false details may be suspended.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. All activity under your login is treated as yours.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Deposits must be made with payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
  • Minimum and maximum amounts, processing times and any fees are set out in the Payment Policy.
  • Withdrawals are paid to the same method used to deposit wherever technically possible.
  • The operator may request source-of-funds evidence for unusually large or frequent transactions, in line with the AML Policy.

4. Bonuses and promotions

All bonuses are subject to the Bonus Terms and Conditions and to any offer-specific rules shown at the time of activation. The operator may amend or withdraw a promotion at any time for new claims.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once.
  • Using bots, automated play, betting syndicates or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Exploiting a game or payment error instead of reporting it to support.
  • Money laundering or any attempt to use the service to legitimise funds of unlawful origin.

Breaches may lead to confiscation of winnings, account closure and, where required, reports to the relevant authorities.

6. Responsible gambling

7. Liability and disputes

  • Obvious errors in odds, game payouts or bonus crediting ("palpable errors") may be corrected, and affected bets voided.
  • The operator's total liability is limited to the balance of your account at the time a claim arises.
  • Complaints should be raised with support first; unresolved disputes can be escalated to the licensing authority shown in the footer.

8. Changes to these terms

The operator may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified on site or by email, and continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
